ProControl Portal Membership and Use Terms
Document information and scope
Publication date: 24 September 2026 · Version: 1.0. These terms govern use of your ProControl portal account. Access depends on your assigned role and company relationship. Membership alone does not grant dealership or authorized-service status.
Authority and accurate information
Keep your account information accurate and act only for companies and transactions you are authorized to represent. Notify ProControl of changes to your company, position or authority. Access to an account does not imply permissions that have not been assigned.
Account and document security
Do not share your login details. Access only records made available to your account, and do not share transaction documents or private links with unrelated persons. Upload only information, photographs and documents necessary for the transaction and that you are authorized to share. Report suspected unauthorized access to ProControl.
Transaction status and notifications
A request-received notification is not an order confirmation. Check the relevant portal record for the current status. Product, price, delivery and payment conditions are specified in the transaction's quotation, order or service documents.
These membership terms do not replace transaction-specific agreements or legally required pre-contract information. They do not restrict statutory rights. General sales and service information is provided separately on the Sales and Service Terms page linked below.
Membership and personal data
Contact ProControl to request account closure or permission changes. Such requests do not automatically cancel ongoing transactions or records subject to retention requirements.
Personal-data processing is explained separately in the Personal Data Processing Notice linked below. Acceptance of these terms does not constitute advertising, marketing or commercial electronic-message permission, or consent to international transfers. Optional website cookie and browser notification choices are independent of membership.

Updates to these terms do not automatically change the conditions of previous transactions. The accepted document version is recorded against the membership account.
